Jordan's story
207 kilograms released. Not through willpower. Through the mind.
Jordan arrived at Little Forest weighing 310 kilograms. He had been told he was too heavy for a lap band, and that he was lucky to be alive. Over two years he came down more than 200 kilograms, from a 13XL to a single XL.
When Mark first asked him, on a scale of nought to ten, how angry he was, Jordan said a thousand. He described food as his drug and said he was eating himself to death. The weight was never the problem. It was everything sitting underneath it.
"As a doctor, I am astonished by what Jordan achieved naturally. No magic pills, no surgery. He attacked his problems with the best medicine of all: clear goals, a healthy mindset, nutritious food, exercise and perseverance. A simple, inexpensive prescription any of us can follow. The techniques described by Mark should be taught to all high school students."

Jordan's story was featured across Australian and international media, and he inspired millions of people around the world. We share it with deep gratitude, and in honour of the courage he showed every single day.
Luana's story
A lifelong chocolate addict who has not touched it since.
Luana had tried everything. What changed was not another diet. It was one session that altered how her mind responded to the food itself.
"Waking from the trance-like state, I felt different right away. Asked to have a bit of chocolate, I felt sick to my stomach. Since then I haven't touched chocolate once. There's nothing sweeter than happiness."
"I feel like my control centre had faulty wiring. Now I'm in control, and I'm 40 kg lighter."

Tziporah's story
50 kilograms, and a completely different relationship with food.
Tziporah Malkah, formerly Kate Fischer, came to Mark after years in the public eye and years of the weight moving in the wrong direction. She came down 50 kilograms.
Like everybody else, what she needed was not information about food. It was somebody willing to work on what was driving the eating in the first place.
Her 50 kilogram journey was covered by New Idea.

Debbie's story
A registered nurse, 40 kilos lighter, who now recommends it to others.
"Mark's new program should be widely available to anyone struggling with weight. It's an amazing adjunct to people who are on GLP-1 weight loss drugs or trying any other method. This gives you the tools and the science behind getting the weight off and keeping it off. It's worked for me; I'm 40 kg lighter and feel amazing."

Tan's story
26 kilos lighter, and walking into her school reunion as a different person.
Tan had struggled with her weight for years. At her last school reunion she was at her heaviest, 135 kilograms.
"To have access to a program that is so supportive is life changing! I am still blown away to the fact that someone (Mark and team) cares about my journey. I've learnt that it's okay to love myself and that I am worthy of that love. My school reunion is this weekend and last reunion I was at my biggest of 135kg. Everyone will be in for a shock."

Kaye's story
Fifteen years bedridden. She arrived with a cane and left without it.
Kaye was bedridden for fifteen years. She could not lift her arm above her shoulder and could not walk more than five or ten metres. She is now out and about, moving with far more freedom, and has begun her weight journey as well.
Her story is not a weight story, and we include it here for a reason. The same DOSE principle that quiets pain is the one that quiets cravings. Mark built it for pain first, and only later realised it had been the missing piece for weight all along.
"I arrived with a cane. I left without it. Nobody has achieved in three days what Mark achieved."
"My neighbours can't believe it. I've got so much energy. I'm moving around with so much more freedom, and my pain is greatly reduced."

Kayte's story
A nurse who sees GLP-1 patients every day.
Kayte works with people on GLP-1 medication as part of her job, which puts her in an unusual position to judge what HypnoZenPic adds. She sees first-hand what the drugs do well, and how the mindset and emotional side of weight loss needs support.
"I think this can help people stick to their health goals and use the natural hormones and endorphins to get them through the journey. It helps you focus on health and fitness and not just focus on weight loss and the scales. This changes your whole attitude towards food, why you eat, how you want to feel, what you should be eating and guides you to eat small healthy portions. The HypnoZenPic journey can help people reset their mindset and their way of thinking around food. I think it's wonderful and a great supportive tool either alone or with other programs."
